📍 Race Village and bib collection
Saturday 8 November From 10:00 to 18:30 📍 Inside Stellantis &You, Piazza Cattaneo 9
Sunday 9 November From 7:30 to 8:40 📍 Stellantis &You forecourt, Piazza Cattaneo 9
To collect your bib, bring your entry confirmation (printed or on your phone) or your payment receipt.
We recommend collecting your bib on Saturday 8 November to avoid queues and delays on race morning.
On Sunday the Race Village closes at 8:40 sharp so the start procedures can run smoothly: after that time, collection is not guaranteed.
You can also send someone else to collect it, giving them a copy of the entry confirmation you received by email.
In your race pack you’ll find:
- Bib with timing chip
- Official technical T-shirt
- Event gym bag
🏃 Race schedule
Sunday 9 November 7:30 – Race Village opens (Stellantis &You forecourt)
9:00 – Start of the 10 km and 5 km races
10:30 – Entertainment with Marco & Giò
11:00 – Prize-giving
⏱ Cut-off time
The race cut-off time is 1 hour 40 minutes.
After that, the organisers can no longer guarantee services and assistance on the course and at the finish.
🎒 Bag drop
A bag drop service is available.
You may leave one small backpack, using the numbered tag in your bib envelope.
The organisers are not responsible for the contents of items left at the bag drop.
🚦 Start
The race starts and finishes inside the Stellantis &You forecourt, with an exclusive lap of the historic Mirafiori test track.
Start order is based on your bib number, assigned according to the best time you gave.
Runners enter the start area divided into numbered pens.
👟 Try HOKA shoes
The HOKA stand, technical partner of the event, will be at the Race Village.
You can try the new Hoka shoes during the race: just show photo ID to join the test.
📸 Race photos
Thanks to the ENDU pix facial recognition system, you can download your race photos for free.
To help identify you, upload up to 3 selfies (if you wear glasses or a cap during the event, wear them in your selfies too).
🏆 Prize-giving
Prizes go to:
- Competitive 10 km: top 3 men and women overall + top 3 in each category
- Non-competitive 5 km: top 3 men and women

You must show your bib to collect your prize.
Prizes can only be collected during the prize-giving: they won’t be posted or announced later and cannot be exchanged.
