From zero to 10 km: get ready with us
Have you always watched runners in the park thinking “I’d love to do that, but I don’t know where to start”? Or is your goal to run your first 10 kilometres without running out of breath after the first hundred metres?
Time to lace up your shoes. On 2 March the new Base Running Beginners’ Course starts: a guided programme of 13 sessions designed to build you up gradually to running La Dieci di Torino.
Why run with Base Running?
You won’t be on your own. Forget lonely slogs and boredom: you’ll learn the right technique, how to manage your breathing and how to find the right pace, together with a group of people who share your goal. Guiding you will be our experienced instructors Carlo Masoero, Daniele Paronelli and Domenico Mazzocchi, ready to turn every effort into results.
